This master’s study combines data from Mia Health users’ smartwatches and self-reported activity assessmens to estimate how ready your body is for physical activity on a day-to-day basis.

The goal is to develop an estimate that aligns with how you personally experience your body — providing greater confidence, better decision-making, and increased motivation to complete your workouts.
